COMPETITION TERMS

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter our competition, we will assume that you have read and agree to these rules.

To enter this competition you must be a UK resident; and be 18 years old or over at the time of entry. Only one entry per person is permitted and no purchase is necessary.
The competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Frank Hudson Ltd, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion.
Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
There is one prize of an Alexandria Bedstead, 5ft in silver – worth £1699 RRP.
The closing date is 30.1.2011, and Frank Hudson Ltd reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
If you win, we will notify you by post and e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. To find out who has won this competition send a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Frank Hudson Ltd, Rosebery Avenue, Pinions, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP13 7AH after the closing date.
By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Frank Hudson may require.
The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email within 28 days of the actual draw date.
